MIPS Helper Homebrew

Well, yet again I've made a MIPS Helper. I am trying to help people who are learning MIPS to learn fast and easy, so if you can't use your computer you can just use this homebrew.

Note: This is my first homebrew for PSP and I had to learn basic PSP C over the last day and a half
