Where I live we are supposed to be getting 100Mb lines put in through Timewarner, debating on getting it but it alone is about $100, and I haven't had the best connections through them to begin with, I can only imagine how shitty that will turn out

Cox is the fastest ISP in my state. I just have their shitty connection to save money. I used to have their "Power Boost" plan which gave us 50+ MB/s at times.

We have turbo boost, which when you hear about it you think constant speed, no it lasts for maybe the first 10 seconds of the download and then craps out

Call that Turbo Shit. I have to say, Cox Internet is alright. But the modems/routers suck nuts. It usually goes out or reset itself like it did yesterday.




Upload speed is crap since I'm uploading lots of stuff.

If its at your school most likely because teachers and staff need to upload files such as grades. I dont think they about how fast a page loads as much as how fast their grades go in.


Heres mine though.

my upload speed definitely went down. Before the download and upload were about the same.
